EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, CC and Co Boutique is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind.
If the item is genuinely faulty we will assess the item on a case by case basis and can only offer either a replacement or store credit.

Unfortunately exchanges and refunds are not able to be issued (unless genuinely faulty) due to the fast turnover of our product.
